I’ve found the week after vacation is the hardest to get back in the swing of things — in both the kitchen and a workout routine, for me! Sitting down to schedule both out over the weekend has me feeling much better about heading into the new work week and takes the guesswork out of dinners. We’re adding in some seasonal favorites (like the peach chicken) and trying some new, interesting ones (dill pickle chicken), so hopefully this inspires you to try something new ahead too!
sunday: dill pickle chicken skewers served with a zucchini and corn salad with green goddess dressing (I’m using the Trader Joe’s version!)
monday: pesto peach chickening white wine with burrata
tuesday: creamy roasted tomato ricotta pasta with crispy prosciutto
wednesday: easy rotisserie chicken sliders
thursday: 20 minute thai basil beef rolls — hoping to have time to make these homemade tortillas, because they look delicious!
etc: chickpea cucumber feta salad, edamame salad with basil lemon & mint

I just discovered the app “ReciMe” and am addicted! Have you heard of it? You can tap to upload any recipe you find on IG, Pinterest, blogs, etc, and it breaks the recipe down for you into ingredients, steps, etc. even if they’re just described in a voiceover. Mind blown. You can even generate a grocery list and weekly meal
plan from them. The perfect fix to saving recipes that get lost. I’m sure your recipe recs will be added to mine ASAP! Xo
